You know your business. We build small, practical applications around the work that slows you down.
Too much copying, chasing, or keeping track? Tell us about one problem. We’ll explore whether a custom tool could help.
For a good fit, we can agree on a small, complimentary demo. No obligation to buy.

Here’s one example of what a small tool could do: bring scattered job updates into one shared view.
This is an illustration. Your problem may call for something completely different.
The café has approved its proof. Update the job in one place.
An interactive concept, not a client project or a finished product. Nothing is sent.
We start with your process, talk honestly about fit and budget, and keep the first step small.
What happens now? Where does it get tedious? Your own words are enough.
We discuss what would be useful, what already exists, and a rough budget for a paid solution.

You bring the knowledge of your business. We work out together whether a practical software tool is worth building.
No. Start with a task that takes too much time, gets missed, or makes work harder than it needs to be. Describe how you handle it now. We can explore whether a small application—or a tool that already exists—is a sensible next step.
For selected problems, yes. After discussing fit and a rough budget for a possible paid build, we may offer a small demonstration using sample data. We agree its scope and target date first. Sending a problem does not guarantee a demo, a finished application, or a particular result.
You can choose a one-time build and handover, running the app in accounts you control with setup guidance. Hosting and other services may still have their own recurring charges. Our monthly hosting and care is optional, with a defined scope. New features are quoted separately.
The price depends on the problem, connections to other tools, and the support you need. We discuss a rough budget before investing in a demo, then agree a written scope, price, payment terms, and milestones before a paid build. An enquiry creates no purchase obligation.
Yes. The service is designed for remote collaboration with small businesses across the United States. Start with a short description; there is no need for a technical specification.
Please do not. Describe the process without sharing customer names, passwords, payment information, health records, or other confidential material. Demonstrations use sample data. Any use of real business data would need a separate agreement.
